Vendor needs to provide Omnicell IVX workflow software support services. – Provide maintenance and software support services of two (2) Omnicell IVX workflow devices. • Upgrades to the software at no additional software license fee if and when such upgrades become generally available in the commercial marketplace and provided such upgrades are not software provided by a third–party vendor.• 24/7 Telephone support to allow government to report system problems and to see assistance for use of the delivered products.• Remote software and interface diagnostics.• Provide customer with on–site visits by its support personnel to resolve problems unable to be resolved via telephone support or remote software and interface diagnostics.
