(1) Vendor needs to provide annual event drone show service. – Design, develop, coordinate, and execute an annual drone light show for event.– Provide estimated turnaround time to conceptualize and present storyboard.– Design & Animation Phaseo Develop drone animations, transitions, and special effects.o Estimated duration for draft creation and revisions.– Refinement & agency Project Manager Reviewo Incorporate agency project manager feedback into final animation and musical synchronization.o Provide timeline for final approvals.– Pre–Show Coordinationo Airspace approvals, safety planning, site visits, equipment testing, and rehearsal timelines (if required).o Provide all technical requirements for performance, including staging areas, radio interference considerations, and crowd–control needs. Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating these requirements based on individual show parameters, with any show–by–show variances.– Show Executiono Outline staffing levels on–site.o Provide timeline for setup, staging, show runtime, and takedown.o Contractor must coordinate with agency event staff, police, fire, and parks personnel as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
