(1) Vendor needs to provide automated teller machine services to the government authority located in McAllen, TX.– Enter into a lease and operation agreement to install, maintain, service, and operate ATM equipment for the convenience of employees, patrons, and other authorized users.– Operations, maintenance and service plan:– Preventive maintenance program.– Response times for service calls.– Cash replenishment procedures.– ATM uptime guarantees.– ATMs must support, at a minimum, visa, master card, and express.– ATMs shall support the transactions in English and Spanish language formats.– Customer service and dispute resolution processes.– Reporting capabilities.– ATM functionality and features.– Accessibility compliance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
