(1) Vendor needs to provide technology–based business development services to the government authority located in Augusta, ME.        – Provide support in the form of technology centers that support early–stage development of technology–based businesses.– Provide support for management or program activities at the centers to serve tenants and affiliate members. – The improvement of opportunities for workers through the creation of technologically advanced jobs.– Creation of start–up technology businesses – Retention of start–up technology businesses – Introduction of services provided to both center tenants and affiliates.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for two years.
