(1) Vendor needs to provide ambulance simulator system to the government authority located in Farmington, NM. – Provide a fully functional ambulance simulator system that meets the instructional, technical, and operational requirements. – The system must be self–contained, durable for repeated daily use in an educational setting, and capable of supporting the full range of Emergency Medical Services training objectives identified by agency.• Patient assessment and clinical intervention capabilities:– The simulator must support hands–on practice of patient assessment skills and medical interventions within the vehicle environment.• Pneumatic movement system:– The ambulance simulator must incorporate a pneumatic movement system that replicates the motion and environmental vibration associated with vehicle transport.– This feature is essential for training students to perform clinical interventions under conditions that approximate actual ambulance operation.• Teamwork, communication, and multi–user training support:– The ambulance simulator must be capable of supporting simultaneous training by multiple students in a single scenario session. – The system design and interior configuration must allow two or more students to occupy the patient compartment and work together without interference from equipment placement or spatial constraints.• Instructor control and debriefing system:– The system must include a dedicated instructor operator station that allows full control of allsimulator functions from outside the patient compartment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
