(1) Vendor needs to provide medically enhanced program services to the government authority located in NV.– Provide a health care for homeless contract emergency residential services program under the medically enhanced services model.– Services provided to eligible include 24/7 supervised room and board, dietetic services, laundry facilities, medical case management, medication management, and coordination.
