(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build owner’s representative services to the government authority located in Richland, WA.• Utilize progressive design–build project delivery to renovate an existing structure to be used as a police station and to administrate the project during design and construction.• The project will include replacement of all building systems and demolition to the building shell. There are significant components of the building and existing parking deck that require validation and special inspections. All site improvements including parking and landscaping will be replaced.• There will be proprietary technology, security, and building systems unique to a police station and public safety building.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
