(1) Vendor needs to provide managed IT and cybersecurity services to the government authority located in East Wenatchee, WA. – Provide comprehensive managed IT services and cybersecurity to support district operations.– Capable of delivering secure, reliable, and scalable IT services that support public health operations, regulatory requirements, and continuity of services.– Cybersecurity Services:• Managed Detection and Response (MDR).• Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), including monitoring, detection, investigation, and response to identity–based attacks targeting user accounts, privileged identities, and directory services.• Continuous threat monitoring and remediation.• Dark web monitoring for compromised credentials.• Email security filtering and protection.– Endpoint and Systems Management:• Patch management and automated updates.• Scheduled system maintenance and reboots.• Endpoint monitoring and health reporting.• Asset inventory and lifecycle tracking.– Network Management:• Network monitoring and management.• Wireless network support.• Secure remote access and zero–trust network access (ZTNA) or equivalent.– Backup and Disaster Recovery:• Local and cloud server backup solutions.• Backup monitoring and recovery testing.• Optional Microsoft 365 and SharePoint backup services.– Help Desk and Technical Support;• Unlimited remote help desk support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
