(1) Vendor needs to provide redevelopment agency service to the government authority located in Passaic, NJ. – Providing professional planning services to the following agencies of the city for the calendar year 2027 predevelopment agency on an as–needed basis.– Preparation of maps, drawings, and other graphics, including making property site and fieldvisits, preparation of property site plans, zoning plans, and sketches in GIS and other planning related software.– Planning activities and advising and advising officials in the development and implementation of such policies and procedures as are necessary and proper for the development of land within the city in a manner that is consistent with and furthers the goals of the city’s master plan.– Comprehensive planning activities, including conducting background research and data collection, formulating long–range land use plans and development policies, preparing special planning studies, and preparing reports and plans.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
