Description
Grande Spirit Foundation (GSF) is inviting bids for the supply and installation of replacement exit signage and emergency lighting equipment at Pioneer Lodge, Heritage Lodge and Wild Rose Manor in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The Work includes replacement of existing exit signs with green Running Man pictogram signage, replacement and installation of LED emergency lighting battery units and remote emergency heads, installation of plug-in emergency lighting units, associated electrical work, permits, testing and verification. The Contractor will be responsible for all labour, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals required to provide complete and operational installations. A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on September 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM MT, commencing at Heritage Lodge, 10111 96 Street, Grande Prairie, Alberta. Bidders will then proceed with GSF to Pioneer Lodge and Wild Rose Manor. Bid Closing: September 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM MT Contract Number: GSF-2026-005-A Completion Date: November 20, 2026 Refer to the attached Bid and Contract Package, including Schedule B – Description of Work, for complete scope, quantities, submission requirements and contract conditions.
