(1) Vendor needs to provide community health immunization resources service to the government authority located in Rockville, MD. • Host and maintain resources on a website for easily access.• Developing community health resources to utilize and share with their communities to reduce the risk of preventable infectious diseases in communities by encouraging the uptake of immunizations.• Propose, identify, and implement resource solutions to alleviate community and individual concerns about disease prevention through immunization.• Translate resources into approximately 5 community languages as necessary• Develop culturally appropriate resources that directly address community concerns identified in interviews• Conduct interviews in geographically diverse communities to assess community concerns and preference for resource types(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set–Aside (specific to Department of Interior and Indian Health Services).
