(1) Vendor needs to provide LED school sign services.– Supply and install one double sided illuminated extruded pan formed sign with L.E.D. message center.– LED Message Center: Double–sided, full–color, minimum 4'×8' active display area per side, with pixel pitch of 6 mm or finer, ≥7500 nit daytime brightness, ≥7 680 Hz refresh rate, and ≥16–bit color depth.– Controller and software: Must use a NovaStar or approved equal control system with remote access. Must include cloud–based content management software with Canva® integration at no additional cost for the life of the sign.– Cellular connectivity: Provide built–in modem with lifetime data plan.– Contractor to include all sign foundations and structural supports.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21,2026.(3) A pre–bid on site visit will be held on August 20,2026.
