(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administration services of medical insurance to its employees and retirees which include self–funded medical and fully insured dental and vision plans.• Three Medical Plans• Retiree Medicare Supplement Plan• Dental• Vision• Stop Loss• assist the College in obtaining the most competitive pricing/rates in the provision of these benefits;• provide the College with analysis of costs, premium, and COBRA calculations;• provide information for collective bargaining unit negotiations,• facilitate the preparation and completion of plan documents and summary plan descriptions;• assist in the resolution of claims and administrative issues including, but not limited to, support for employees with difficult claim issues and questions;• Development of Employee Benefits Booklets with all plan updates• Quarterly administrative meetings, at a minimum, to review and evaluate benefit• Provide comprehensive annual reporting including:O Plan PerformanceO Cost Containment recommendationsO Strategic Planning Review
