(1) Vendor needs to provide event production services for festival.– Festival is a free one–day music and food Festival dedicated to providing a curated cultural experience.– Festival highlights world–class music performances across two stages, agency best regional and delicious drinks.– Other activations include but are not limited to dance lessons, kids activities, local vendors (hot sauce, records, merch), games and two (2) VIP areas.– Mid–August annually, taking place on Saturday, August 14 in 2027.– Talent acquisition, coordination and management:– Negotiate, book and finalize performances of local, regional and national talent.– Manage all contracts and payments.– Event production and operations:– Plan, produce and oversee all elements required to execute the festival.– Coordinate and manage all onsite equipment and materials required for trust–approved layout for the festival.– Equipment, staffing, rentals, installation and breakdown:– Consultant shall specify, source and procure all Festival–related equipment, staffing and services including staging, sound, lighting, tents, trailers, tables, chairs, power source(s), security, and communications equipment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
