(1) Vendor needs to provide society benchmarking platform.• Standardize: map all data to common definitions so that every society is measuring the same thing.• Protect: apply participation thresholds and suppression rules so that no single society can be identified, even through repeated or narrow filtering.• Calculate: produce percentiles, medians, and ratios, and over time, trends and comparisons among groups of similar societies.• Present: offer a dashboard where users filter results to relevant peers by size, budget, region, or focus area, with access based on role.• Refresh: update data each year as new surveys and Form 990 filings become available• Recurring data collection through the human resources and membership.• Database that includes Form 990 data and other public data where practical and updates as new data become available• A documented, member–accessible, data dictionary defining every measure, its source, and its calculation. This would ideally be integrated directly within the self–service interface.• Reliable reporting with built–in anonymity and other data governance protections.• Testing and refinement with pilot societies before launch.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
