(1) Vendor needs to bond financial advisory services to the government authority located in New Britain, CT. – Provide bond financial advisory services to the authority on an agency–wide basis.– Provide services for all bond and related financing matters, or may establish a pool of qualified firms eligible for assignments on a transaction–by–transaction basis.– Assist with applications for state bond volume cap and other governmental approvals.– Develop and review financial models, sources and uses, debt–service schedules, cash flows, sizing analyses, and financing scenarios.– Assist in selecting and coordinating financing participants, including lenders, underwriters, placement agents, trustees, bond counsel, disclosure counsel, verification agents, and other professionals, as applicable.– Advise the authority regarding investment of bond proceeds, arbitrage considerations, continuing disclosure, and ongoing debt administration.– Provide other financial advisory services necessary or incidental to the issuance, administration, restructuring, or monitoring of debt obligations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
