(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape maintenance services to the government authority located in Clarksville, TN.– Shrub and groundcover pruning:– Shrub and groundcover pruning shall occur one time per year to maintain the natural or desired form of the plant and according to its intended usage in the landscape.– Routine maintenance service:– Designated plant beds shall continuously be kept free of weeds up to two times per month and up to sixteen times total during the growing season.– Perennial care: – Perennial plants, ornamental grasses and liriope groundcover shall be cut back during the dormant and winter season as they become spent, to provide a neat appearance and promote next year’s growth.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
