(1) Vendor needs to provide meeting technology and audiovisual support service to the government authority located in Maryland. • Provider to supply technology and audiovisual support for six annual meetings.• Laptop and presentation equipment.• Projector and screen.• Wi–Fi hotspot and internet access.• Camera, microphone, speakers, and other audiovisual equipment needed for remote participation.• Technical support necessary to ensure presentations and remote participation function properly.• Secure storage of the portable PA system between meetings.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
