Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services for electrical system and joint use attachment audit to the government authority located in Dothan, AL. – Provide professional and technical engineering services for an audit of the agency’s Electrical System and Joint Use Attachments.– Provide professional and technical engineering services to conduct a field comprehensive inventory of all pole attachments and electric system facilities connected to agency Utilities’ electric distribution poles.– The electric system and joint use attachment audit shall include but will not be limited to:• Physical inspection of each Dothan Utilities electric pole• Document the GPS location of each pole• Document the pole identification number• Document the pole owner• Document the pole type• Document the pole height and classification• Update pole inspection tags• Document pole mounted elements• Document number and ownership of attachments• Document the vertical position/order of attachments• Document the type of attachments• Document the attachment owner ID tag• Verify phase labeling and/or install phase labeling• Document any code violations or structural deficiencies
