(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid administrative claim consulting services.– Provide medicaid administrative claiming (MAC), cost allocation planning, and indirect cost rate proposal development. – Provide services including, but not limited to, preparing data for MAC invoice submissions; supporting the review and maintenance of the public assistance cost allocation plan; developing indirect cost rate proposals; reviewing other possibilities for eligible medicaid matching and federal reimbursement; and training agency staff regarding mac processes, rules, regulations, and related cost allocation and indirect cost requirements, as necessary.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.
