FIRE-1807 - USA (Chelsea, Massachusetts) - Fire Alarm Testing, Inspection, and Repair Services - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm testing, inspection, and repair services to the government authority located in Chelsea, MA.• Annual fire alarm system testing and inspection in accordance with standards, including all initiating devices, notification appliances, supervisory devices, control units, and ancillary functions.• Functional testing of all smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual pull stations, water flow switches, tamper switches, duct detectors, horn/strobe assemblies, and panel battery backup systems.• Visual inspection of wiring, conduit, junction boxes, and field devices for damage, tampering, or improper installation.• Verification of all programmed device addresses, zone configurations, and event logs.• Sensitivity testing of smoke detectors at the frequency.• Verification of communication with any required offsite reporting.(2) An optional pre–bid walk–through will be held on August 05, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
