EXTRA-78983 - USA (Libby, Montana) - Governor Control Programming Service - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide governor control programming service to the government authority located in Libby, MT. – The Contractor shall provide all specialized engineering labor, travel, and remote support necessary to modify the pump logic for five (5) units at the Libby Generating Station.– The work consists of in–house development and testing, on–site commissioning for the first unit, and remote commissioning support for the remaining four units.– The Contractor shall evaluate and suggest Input/Output (I/O) assignments for the new pressuretransducers. – The Contractor shall provide on–site engineering support to commission the program modifications for the first unit. This includes trip preparation, travel to /from Libby, MT, and one (1) full day (Mon. – Thurs.) of on–site support. (2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
