(1) Vendor needs to provide track allocation assessment services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.– Track allocation work planning processes and procedures related to rail system routine and emergency maintenance, repair and rehabilitation activities, and adherence to safety requirementsEngagement & Assessments– Assess the details of current organization functions related to system maintenance and communication/coordination points. Visit shops, control room and maintenance facilities. Interview relevant staff.– Assess the current track access process nightly access cycles to determine how prepare and execute work plans requiring coordinated track access– Develop a set of options for improvement of the track access processes.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
