CLEANING-13804 - USA (Fort Pierce, Florida) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Fort Pierce, FL.• Cleaning Areas include all offices, lobby, windows, common areas, restrooms, lounge/vending area, meeting rooms, entryways/vestibules, floor coverings (vinyl composite tile, ceramic tile, wood, carpet, etc.).• All cleanings shall be accomplished in such a way as to prevent discoloration, damage or disfigurement of the surface being cleaned and surrounding areas• Baseboards, walls, stair risers, fixtures, furniture, and equipment shall in no way be splashed, disfigured, or damaged during floor care operations.• Carpeted Areas. All carpeted areas shall be vacuumed free of all visible debris.• Wastebaskets and recycling containers. All waste receptacles and recycling containers within the building shall be emptied and returned to their initial location.• Lounge/Kitchen Tables, Counters, Chairs, Sofas (Offices, Public areas, meeting rooms and lounges). Remove all non–permanent stains, spots and spills using a sponge or cloth dampened in mild detergent solution.• Walls, Doors, Partitions and Light Switches. Spot wash to remove smudges, marks and fingerprints from such areas as walls, equipment, doors, partitions and light switches.• Restrooms. Completely clean and disinfect all exposed surfaces of the toilets and urinals with detergent disinfectant, beginning with seats and working down.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Mandatory Pre–Bid Conference will be held on September 22, 2026.
