Engagement of Service Provider(SP) for Cyber Security Audit of WBADMIP Web Application under WBADMI Project Phase II — West Bengal Accelerated Development of Minor Irrigation Project - Phase II

The Government of India has received a loan vide loan no. IBRD -95430 from the International Bank for Reconstruction & Development towards the cost of WBADMI Project Phase –II, and intends to apply a part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contracts for which that Invitation of Quotation is issued. The WBADMIP now invites to eligible quotationers, for the Cyber Security Audit of WBADMIP Web Application under WBADMI Project as mentioned below. DESCRIPTION & TIME SCHEDULE FOR ISSUE, SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF QUOTATION DOCUMENTS Description of Work Availability of Quotation Paper (E5) Application start Date & Time Quotation Submission End Date & Time Date & Time of opening Place of opening Cyber Security Audit of WBADMIP Web Application [MIS GIS Portal in SDC Server] under WBADMI Project 13.07.2026 from 14.00 Hours to 20.07.2026 at 14.00 Hours 13.07.2026 at 14.00 Hours 20.07.2026 at 14.00 Hours 20.07.2026 at 14.30 Hours Office of the State Project Management Unit, Kolkata, under WBADMI Project. 5. Quotation validity Period is 30 (Thirty) days from the Date of opening Quotation. The last Date and time for submission of Quotation is 20.07.2026 at 14.00 Hours and will be opened on 20.07.2026 at 14.30 Hours . In case, if the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the Quotations as specified, the quotation will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. Payment will be made as per existing Govt. norms maintaining formalities as per availability of fund. Statutory deduction will be deducted from Bills as per Govt. rule in force at the time of payment. The quotation Documents and Format of Quotation documents will be issued from the SPMU office Kolkata, C/O The Project Director, WBADMIP. Each quotationer shall have to submit the quotation documents in Quotation Format (Annexure –I) along with all applicable requisite papers/ documents in the office hours from 13.07.2026 14:00 P.M. to 20.07.2026 14:00 P.M.
