FOOD-10958 - USA (Nokomis, Florida) - Concession Services - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide concession services to the government authority located in Nokomis, FL.– Concessionaire shall have the ability to designate preferred table seating for concession customers only.– Signage designating such tables may be placed on up to eight (8) tables in the Concession Area.– Routine maintenance, such as cleaning and debris removal, of designated tables shall be the sole responsibility of Concessionaire.– Provide a diverse selection of quality food and beverage items suitable for adults and children, including healthy alternatives and specialty dietary options to the extent reasonably practicable. – Concessionaire may modify menu offerings from time to time in response to customer demand, seasonal conditions, or operational considerations.– Concession personnel shall be trained regarding common food allergens and shall follow established procedures for responding to customer inquiries concerning food allergies and dietary restrictions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 31, 2026.
