(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratories, administration courier services to provide scheduled pick–up, transport, and delivery of laboratory coolers, supplies, human diagnostic (biological) specimens, environmental samples, and mail between the central laboratory to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 13, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for five years.
