(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile hygiene service to the government authority located in Oroville, CA. – Mobile hygiene services free of charge to two hundred (200) unique, unhoused or low–income community members and residents without adequate access to personal hygiene amenities.– Operation of a mobile hygiene unit offering, at minimum: showers and restroom access; laundry; hair washing and cutting; hand–washing station; and a clean clothing closet. – Establishment of service times and locations designed to reach unincorporated areas of the County not currently served by existing mobile hygiene services.– Trauma–informed, client–centered service delivery.
