Description

Washington County Facilities and Park Services is seeking a Contractor to replace the HVAC controls system for the Juvenile Services Building located at 222 N 1st Avenue Hillsboro, OR. This project is a partial replacement of the HVAC controls as some equipment has already been connected to an existing approved system. This scope of work to include replacement of the actuators, heating water valves, VAV/VAF controllers, field controllers, field devices, thermostats, and new Cat 6 communication. Scope to include new applicable controls for the boiler and heating water system, pumps, exhaust fans, terminal units and air handlers. Scope to include testing and balancing the HVAC system.
