(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Middlebury, CT.– Perform interior and exterior window cleaning services at specified locations and frequencies.– Remove all screens from the windows prior to cleaning and use an approved cleaning solution to remove all dirt, insect nests/webs, contaminants, etc., from all glass surfaces. Cleaning will result in glass being streak–free.(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
