Annual Consultant Agreement 2022B - Construction Management Services

The scope of services includes construction inspection, construction management, administration services and managerial oversight for the City’s water utility infrastructure projects including but not limited to Capital Improvement Projects and Annual Services Work Orders. The projects may include, but are not limited to, raw water reservoirs, dams, raw and finished water pump stations and transmission mains, water treatment facilities and drinking water storage and distribution system and wastewater collection and pumping systems. These services are intended to assist the City in administering construction, monitoring the performance of the construction, verifying that the construction work is in substantial compliance with contract documents, and responding to events that occur during construction.
