(1) Vendor needs to provide general labor services to the government authority located in Millersville, MD. • Opens and closes the facility access gate at the appointed times.• Interacts with customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and customer–friendly manner.• Checks customers for permit stickers or verifies residency.• Controls onsite traffic flow.• Monitors the type, volume, and frequency of waste discarded by customers.• Maintain grounds using power mowers, trimmers, hand tools, and related equipment.• Installs sediment and erosion control materials such as Curlex.• Directs on–site customer traffic.• Performs general cleaning and janitorial work such as cleaning up work areas and administrative areas.• Performs minor building maintenance such as caulking windows and doors, patching cracks, and painting(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 20, 2026.
