CONS-21874 - USA (El Paso, Texas) - Sandbags Supplies - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide sandbags supplies to the government authority located in El Paso, TX. – Provide approximately 100,000 filled sandbags, produced on–site as instructed and stacked sandbags at specific contract locations.  – The sandbag material shall be polypropylene or polyethylene woven fabric with a minimum weight of four ounces per square yard, color white with UV protection.– All sandbags furnished under this contract shall be new, unused, and free from defects in workmanship and materials.– The empty sandbag dimensions shall be 14 x 26 inches, and a weight capacity of up to 50 pounds of sand.– Sandbags shall be securely filled and tied to prevent leakage, tearing, rupture, or failure during handling, transport, stacking, storage, or deployment operations.• Typical gradation of dry sand shall be approximately as follows:– 100% passing 3/8 sieve– 100% passing No. 4 sieve– 35% passing No. 50 sieve– 2% passing No. 200 sieve.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.
