Description
The City of Benicia seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide large-volume document conversion (scanning) services, including indexing (metadata capturing). The services will be performed in multiple scanning phases over the span of the contract. The estimated volume of documents involved with this Request for Quote (RFQ) is approximately 300 to 400 boxes, photos, and several hundred pages of full-size plans over the span of the contract. See Attachment F (Photo Exhibit) for additional details.
