RENTAL-2831 - USA (Taylors, South Carolina) - Event Equipment Rental Service - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide event equipment rental service to the government authority located in Taylors, SC.• Services shall include advance planning and coordination, delivery, unloading, movement of equipment into the facility, complete setup, reasonable on–site layout adjustments, breakdown, and removal.• Transfer all equipment from the delivery vehicle into the school and to the designated installation areas within the building. • Uncrate, assemble, install, and place all equipment according to the District–approved layout. • Provide a professional and courteous delivery and installation crew supervised by an authorized representative who can respond to District requests. • Make reasonable on–site adjustments requested by the District to maximize use of the rented equipment and improve the functionality and flow of the event space, provided the adjustments remain within the awarded scope. • Wipe clean all equipment and remove crates, packaging, trash, and installation debris from the facility. • promptly and safely. • Remove all debris created by the breakdown process and leave the affected areas clean and orderly. • Use appropriate care to prevent damage to floors, walls, doors, fixtures, and other District property. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
