(1) Vendor needs to provide child welfare training program evaluation service to the government authority located in Ohio.– A comprehensive, competency–based–in–service training system for staff, managers, and resource families.– To develop and provide an array of training activities to promote mastery of the complex knowledge and skills needed to assure protection and achieve permanence for abused and neglected children.• Evaluation Work Plan, Evaluation Plan, and Data Collection– Participate in project kickoff meeting with agency to confirm the evaluation purpose, scope, stakeholders, available data, project schedule, communication protocols, and approval process.– Develop evaluation Work Plan and evaluation plan addressing– Develop a detailed evaluation plan that operationalizes the approved evaluation Work Plan and identifies– Develop and submit data collection instruments and protocols necessary to implement the proposed evaluation plan• Evaluation Subject Matter• Child Welfare Training Program Structure, Governance, and Coordination• Program Cost Efficiency and Return on Investment(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026.
