(1) Vendor needs to provide learning technology initiative program evaluation services to the government authority located in Augusta, ME. – Provide evaluation services to the Maine Learning Technology Initiative (MLTI) program as directed by the agency. • Evaluation plan: Provide an evaluation plan to be completed during the initial period of performance.• Evaluation services: – Conduct the evaluation in alignment with the approved evaluation plan.– Use processes that minimize burden and disruption to educators and students.• Communication and narrative support:– Help to share the narrative aspects of the MLTI program, especially the professional learning, to capture the longitudinal impact of the program.– Create dynamic materials that can be shared with the public that showcase the impact of the program.• Reporting: Provide annual evaluation findings in a report(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026.
