Que, actualmente, la cubierta del establecimiento presenta un avanzado nivel de deterioro, evidenciado por filtraciones de agua, desgaste de materiales, deficiente impermeabilización y pérdida de sus condiciones térmicas. Esta situación afecta tanto la infraestructura del recinto como el normal desarrollo de las actividades clínicas y administrativas, generando riesgos para la seguridad de usuarios, funcionarios y equipamiento médico. 11. El presupuesto del Departamento de salud Municipal año 2026, aprobado mediante Decreto Alcaldicio N°2.802 del 29 de octubre 2025.
