(1) Vendor needs to provide sale affordable housing development service to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA. – Provide developers will have the opportunity to acquire owned properties for the purpose of constructing for–sale affordable housing.– Developers may request construction financing and subsidy assistance to support project feasibility.– Support the redevelopment of vacant and underutilized properties into housing for subsequent sale to qualified, income–eligible homebuyers, consistent with program goals and community development priorities within targeted neighborhoods.– Financing is subject to underwriting review, project feasibility, funding availability, compliance with applicable federal requirements, and execution of separate loan agreements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
