CLEANING-14131 - USA (Topeka, Kansas) - Janitorial Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.– Mopping/Sweeping — Mopping done every cleaning day– Gloss – The floor shall have a visible, overall shine with minimal dull areas, and the shine shall have the appearance of being on top of the floor, not in the floor.– Color – Maintain original of the floor throughout the complete area.– Black Marks – Traffic lanes and areas other than traffic lanes will be kept free of excessive black marks.– Build Up – All floor areas will be kept free of wax or finish build–up.– Vacuuming—Vacuuming performed every cleaning day. All carpet areas including under obstructions, divider panels, along walls and corners shall be free of surface soil, lint, and miscellaneous items such as paper clips and staples.– Sinks – Apply necessary sanitation and antiseptic preparations. The bowl shall be free of spots or rust, and pipes and chrome shall be free of spots and a shine present.– Dispensers—Every cleaning day, refill of all dispensers to normal limits – tissue, towels, soaps, feminine hygiene products, air fresheners, hand sanitizers, etc.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.(3) Contact period will be for five years.
