(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism advertising and marketing services.– Provide advertising and full–service marketing.– Creative services for the creation of ads or special promotional efforts, pricing shall be proposed separately.– Provide information on how analytics will be provided in real–time or otherwise on a timely basis.– The county places a variety of advertisements, primarily through online and print outlets. – Print advertising to include but not limited to local placements for in–network visitors and placements in feeder markets– Digital advertising to include to video, banner, social, search engine– Marketing, and influencer collaboration– Broadcast advertising to include to regional spots– Direct mail and collateral distribution program to include to visitor center promotion– Out–of–home advertising to include to placement in feeder markets(2) The contract period will be for one year.
