(1) Vendor needs to provide medical record reviews and consultative examinations service to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Medical sources who provide medical evidence on behalf of their patients.• Consultative examiner sources who perform examinations or tests that are needed.• Full–time or part–time medical or psychological consultants reviewing claims.• Medical experts who testify at hearings or respond to written interrogatories from an administrative law judge.• The Contractor shall have the ability and/or access to perform studies to include, but not limited to, X–rays, labs, EMG, ECG, pulmonary function studies, scans, including PFTs and DLCOs, ultrasounds, and cognitive testing, when they have been specifically authorized by the District in advance.• The Contractor shall identify and enter into business agreements with the appropriate medical professional to review medical records whereby the Contractor retains liability for the services provided.• The Contractor shall schedule all psychiatric/psychological appointments to allow adequate time for a complete examination according to standard psychologist practices and adhere to scheduling intervals of at least 40 minutes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
