DRA-11233 - USA (Detroit, Michigan) - Sewer Data Management Professional Services - Deadline September 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide sewer data management professional services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI. – Provide as–needed data review support, construction administration and project closeout support with sewer rehabilitation contracts.– Performing holistic analysis and review of interventions provided by contractor for the purpose of constructability, budget, and schedule impact.– Provide as–needed support for sewer condition assessment and rehabilitation contracts, with a primary focus on data validation, construction administration, and asset management integration within InfoAsset Manager, GIS and e–Builder.– Review current construction standard operating procedures and provide lessons learned feedback and update.– Report on acceptance of construction data and preparing punch list for missing condition assessment and construction data.– Provides technical and engineering assistance to support programmatic approach to renewing and rehabilitating municipal sewer infrastructure.– Professional engineering firms for sewer data review support.– Data review support for CIP implementation – Documentation and data management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.
