(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic design and social media content development services.– Professional graphic design and social media content development services to support communication for public health–related projects.– Task 1: Design print and digital materials including flyers, reports, fact sheets, infographics, event materials, and other public–facing communications.– Prepare files for both print and digital distribution.– Produce materials consistent with city of providence branding guidelines.Task 2: Develop social media content that supports public health education and community engagement. content may be developed for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, x, and other platforms utilized by the city.– Create and schedule social media content with the flexibility to incorporate breaking content as needed.– Task 3: Provide strategic communications support, including:– Recommendations to improve audience engagement.– Recommendations for expanding social media reach.– Campaign planning.– Communications calendars.– Performance recommendations based on analytics.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.  (3) The contract period will be for one year.
