WD-16107 - USA (California) - Website Redesign, Development, Hosting, Content Migration, Support and Maintenance Service using WordPress CMS - Deadline September 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development, hosting, content migration, support and maintenance service using WordPress CMS. – The redesigned website shall be developed using WordPress as the Agency's content management system (CMS).– Consultant shall provide a turnkey solution including project planning, discovery, website design and development using WordPress as the Agency’s content management system (CMS), The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance, content migration, system integration, testing, staff training, launch support, and post–launch maintenance necessary to support agency’s public communications, programs, and operational needs.– The Consultant shall develop an updated site architecture designed to improve usability and accessibility for website users.– The redesigned website platform must support agency’s public engagement, service delivery, and internal content management needs.– The platform shall be scalable and capable of supporting future enhancements.– The Consultant shall redesign the Agency’s website to support agency branding, improve user experience, and create a modern, visually engaging digital presence that effectively communicates the Agency's programs, services, projects, and community impact.– Improve navigation and streamline site architecture– Provide clear navigation pathways for website viewers, residents, businesses, partners, and stakeholders– Improve on–site search relevance and usability.– The website should support customer engagement and self–service features.– Vendor shall perform pre–launch usability testing with agency participation and address findings prior to final launch.– The redesigned website and CMS must support integration capability.– Vendor must provide detailed information regarding the proposed hosting environment.– Vendor must support potential transition to a .gov domain if required.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
