(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Post accounts payable vouchers to the general ledger.• Verify that the coding recorded on the paper voucher matches the coding recorded• Post timesheets to the general ledger as entered by staff in CP.• Responsible for creating and entering manual bills into CP.• Responsible for applying incoming cash receipts to related accounts receivable established in CP.• Manually reconcile bank statements to the organization's general ledger accounts.• Prepare monthly reconciliation reports listing cleared transactions and deposits for management review.• Payroll processing is the sole responsibility of management and staff.
