RFSOQ No. 902643: Inspector of Record

INTENT It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the Inspector of Record (IOR) services being requested by the County. The County intends to contract for the services with a qualified firm or individual to serve as the IOR for the Facilities Needs Priority 1 (FNP1) Program Design Build Package #2 and Energy Services Company (ESCO) Contract (the Project). The County expects the Consultant to adequately staff the Project with fully qualified inspection Staff as the work demands. The County intends to award a three-year contract (with the option to renew for an additional two years in increments of the County’s choosing) to the Proposer selected as the most responsible and qualified Proposer whose response conforms to the RFSOQ and meets the County’s requirements.
