(1) Vendor needs to provide facilitation, planning, training and conference management services to the government authority located in Las Cruces, NM.– Provide professional facilitation, planning, coordination, and implementation services for workshops, conferences, trainings, and public engagement events.– Workshop and conference planning.– Agenda and program development.– Audio and visual coordination.– Conference facilitation and moderation.– Develop comprehensive timelines, project plans, and planning checklists.– Mental health awareness and treatment.– Community engagement.– Strategic planning.– Development and delivery of training curricula and educational materials.– Stakeholder engagement support.– Agendas, facilitation materials, and presentation content.– Program plan outlining logistics, timelines, and responsibilities.– Collect, analyze, and synthesize participant feedback and evaluation data.– Provide recommendations and lessons learned to improve future events. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 15,2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
