CLEANING-13403 - USA (Chestertown, Maryland) - Cleaning and Janitorial Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning and janitorial services to the government authority located in Chestertown, MD.– shall thoroughly sweep, removing all rugs and mats before each sweeping. The contractor shall only use a household angle broom from wall to wall, paying special attention to all corners, behind doors and around all fixtures in each room– All carpeted areas are to be vacuumed, paying attention to all corners and behind doors in all rooms, including private and general offices, conference rooms being certain to include those areas under the desk, tables, and other equipment– All hand soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue dispensers will be refilled each shift worked.– Waste baskets and other trash receptacles will be emptied from each office, room, lavatory, and kitchen area. Trash will be removed from the building interior to a dumpster located outside the facility– Remove all water and excess cleaning residue from base cove moldings, cabinets, desks, doors, walls, etc.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
