(1) Vendor needs to provide performing arts–equipment, rentals, supplies and services to the government authority located in Humble, TX.• Theatrical Equipment Supplies, Rentals and associated Services – includes but is Not limited to:– Costumes and Accessories– Curtains, Cycloramas, Draperies, Drops etc.– Portable Dance Floors– Theatre Pit Area, Orchestra Lift– Lighting Systems, Controls, Distribution and Instruments– Makeup and Accessories– Scenery and Props– Sound Effect Equipment and Accessories– Stage Hardware Equipment and Supplies– Lobby Flow Control Equipment and Supplies– Stage Rigging and Tracks– Theatre Turnstiles• Musical Instruments, Equipment, Supplies, Rentals and associated Services –Includes but is but is NOT limited to:– Accordions and Accessories– Amplified Instruments, Guitars, etc. and Amplifiers– Band and Choral Risers– Band Instruments and Accessories– Band Room Equipment (Music Cabinets, Stands, etc.)– Electronic Musical Instruments (Electric Organs, Synthesizers, Visualizers, etc.)– Metronomes and Tuners (conventional or electronic)– Music Boxes(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026
